  The individuals who handled my niece's funeral were very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. We were told that we would receive a 30 minute service for $400, but only received about 15 minutes, before being rushed out of the door, because they failed to inform anyone that the burial was set to take place at the same time that we were told the service would begin. They expressed absolutely no compassion or concern for our loss. When we arrived at the grave site, a guy with a shovel stood impatiently and quickly buried the baby's casket, her flowers and teddy bear. I have never felt so angry, hurt, and disrespected in my life, until experiencing the mistreatment of our family at the hands of this funeral home.
