  This church embodies Jesus Christ faithful filled saints of God. The congregation is small in number; who are striving largely with their hearts of gold. The missionary outreach has touched Columbus, Phenix City, Harris County & Fortson communities. There is a rich family heritage found in the (Crawford) Walker, Williams legacy within its deep rooted history.
  This milestone church celebrated their
  "112th" year blessed African Methodist Episcopal Church known as "The Rock on Fortson".
